The best time to visit the ‘infinity sea’ in Thuy Xuan and Thuy Hai Communes, Thai Thuy District, Thai Binh Province, is between 4:30 am to 6:00 am when the beach and sky appear to plunge into each other, reflecting hues of blue like a giant mirror above natural oceanic oasis.
