The site is a nine storey building that was completely destroyed by the 7/8 magnitude earthquake on February 6. They race against time, hoping to find survivors. Besides rescue work, they also provide local people with daily necessities. The gifts, despite their small value, demonstrate Vietnamese people’s tradition of mutual assistance for those in need no matter who they are and where they live.
