March is the prime time when Hoa Gao is in full bloom. All the old leaves fall down, leaving the tree with only flowers. The trees now appear like a burning torch with hundreds of red fires.

The blossoms have five big petals, and bloom in March and April when it gets warmer with drizzly conditions.

The flowers stay beautiful for a few weeks before falling when summer finally comes. Then the young buds of leaves appear on bare branches.

The flower can mostly be seen in the north of the country.

His research group has demonstrated a phenomenon called quantum teleportation, which makes it possible to move a quantum state from one particle to one at a distance. For Anders Irbäck, Chair of the Nobel Committee for Physics, “It has become increasingly clear that a new kind of quantum technology is emerging. Giant calligraphy hat breaks record as largest in Vietnam

The work has been done on the initiative of Dao Thi Cam Suong, a calligrapher from Can Tho. The giant conical hat is made up of a total of 540 smaller conical hats, with calligraphy written on top. Suong has spent 89 days writing the calligraphy and finding connections to produce the finished product. The words written on the giant hat include sightseeing spots in Can Tho, folk songs, proverbs, poems, and the names of various provinces and cities across the country. She shares that the purpose of her work is to honour the beauty of the fatherland through pieces of calligraphy. Indeed, the giant hat is created from 540 small conical hats which themselves represent the country’s 54 ethnic minority groups. The diametre of the giant hat spans for more than eight metres, with the length from the tip to the brim roughly four meters and the length from the tip of the cone to the ground roughly six metres.
