Japanese Exhibition Showcases Vietnamese Fine Arts through Wood-Engraved Paintings

In his address, painter Nguyen The Son, the curator of the project “Dialogue with Japanese Ukiyo-e woodblock prints”, emphasized the aim of the event to promote visual art practices influenced by Vietnamese cultural values and traditional fine arts. “It has also encouraged traditional creative practices and inspired young artists to nurture their passion for artistic creativity,” said Son.
